Meet Lotto! Lotto is an adorable 2 years old Pomeranian/Spitz mix. He was abused and tortured by his previous owner who broke Lotto’s thigh bone(femur) and threw him out the window. Lotto was rescued 1 year ago on that day  and was rushed to the vet and hospitalized for 4months. After his surgery and all his treatments his rescuer brought him back to her private shelter and he has been there since.

Even with all the horrible things Lotto has been through, he still loves and trusts humans. Lotto loves to run and take walks out in the park!! When he sees his rescuer take out his harness, he knows they are going out for a walk and he will jump high and go in circles from excitement. He is very loving dog.

Because he loves to run, his rescuer would like him to find a home with a backyard. He is very smart and understands commands. Lotto does get jealous of other dogs and has slight resource guarding around food, so he will be best as the only dog in a home. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Lotto is patiently waiting!
