Kiwi was rescued in Korea after a wellness check was issued for her owner. Unfortunately, the owner had been deceased in the apartment for over a week. They found Kiwi cowering in the bathroom and surviving on her own. She was taken to the city shelter, where she was set to be euthanized if not pulled by a rescue. Luckily, she was saved just in time and placed into foster care in Korea before arriving here.

After arriving in America, Kiwi quickly adapted to her new surroundings. In the short time she has been here, she has shown that she LOVES being by her humans, splitting her time equally between being a Velcro lap dog and roughhousing with her fur brother. She sleeps while always touching one of her foster parents and wraps herself like a scarf around their heads during the night.

Kiwi is 100% food motivated and has the craziest puppy eyes, with a sprinkle of snaggle tooth to make your heart melt. She trains well and picks up skills quickly. Within a week, she already knows recall and is nearly potty trained, as long as she’s let out on time. Kiwi will thrive in a home with another playful pup to bond with. She stays busy, dividing her time between cuddles, eating, and playing with her foster fur brother.

We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Kiwi is patiently waiting!
