Meet Kasper! Kasper and his brothers were abandoned at a remote area outside the city. A kind lady went hiking and rescued them. She already has 14 cats and 6 dogs at home, so she couldn’t afford to add three more puppies to the pack. Kasper is very sweet and well behaved puppy! We are looking for homes that understand the responsibilities of owning a dog and someone who can continue to show Kasper what it means to be in a loving home! Kasper is patiently waiting!
