Meet Kappa! Kappa was rescued with his siblings as strays. This little family found shelter at a small neighborhood park. Park goers contacted rescuer stating they’ve seen the there for a while already and they’re scared they won’t survive the incoming rain and cold weather. Thankfully we were able to get them all and bring the to the vet. These happy pups are now living the life in a foster home. Kappa is shy when meeting people at first. He’s still unsure of human affection, so needs a home who will be patient with him. It’ll be a slow adjustment for him due to where he’s come from and all that he’s experiences, but once he’s opened up he is a very sweet guy. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Kappa is patiently waiting!
