Meet Jenny! Jenny is an adorable and sweet girl who was rescued from a puppy mill. Jenny is very mellow, obedient and an absolute sweetheart! She likes to get attention and once she’s had enough she likes to rest next to you or nearby where she can see you. Jenny will steal attention away from other dogs by squishing her way in between to get all the attention, she is ok with dogs in general but does not really care for them much, because of this she would love to be the only dog and get all the attention!Jenny is very food motivated, which makes training a lot easier. She will try to go ‘share’ other dogs’ food when she’s done with hers. Not aggressively, she just slowly creeps in and joins in. If she is in a household with another dog, the other dog will need to not have any resource guarding. She does get startled with fast movements including arm or hand movement above her, she will run away and hide. Because of this, a home with older children will be best. Jenny also has separation anxiety and will need a home who is willing to put in the time to work with her on this. Because of this, Jenny is not recommended to be in an apartment setting. She would appreciate a house with lots of mirrors and glass that gives off reflections, she is currently obsessed with looking at reflections. 🙂 Jenny also loves to sunbathe in the moring! We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Jenny is patiently waiting!
