Meet Howie! Howie was rescued along with his mom and siblings from a dog farm, fortunately they were able to make it out thanks to dedicated rescuers fighting to stop the meat trade. Howie is a happy and sweet puppy who loves to be around people and play! Although their start in life was anything but ideal, they don’t let that stop them from enjoy their freedom. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Howie is patiently waiting for a forever home!
