Meet Holly! ? Holly is an adorable 7 months old Formosan mountain dog mix. Holly was found hiding behind the bushes alone while a rescuer was trapping some stray dogs to neuter in order to decline in the number of strays. Holly was only 1 month old at the time, she was emaciated and very scared. After being trapped, Holly was sent to the vet for a detailed check, and fortunately she was very healthy. The rescuer decided to keep her in foster instead of returning her after some consideration. Holly is now a happy and playful girl!⁣

Because of her past, she is shy when meeting new people. Overtime and lots of treats she does open up and show her affectionate personality. Holly is crate trained and uses the doggy door. Her foster thinks she may have some greyhound in her since she loves to zoom crazily around the backyard at times to get her energy out. She knows sit, inside, outside, walk, leash on, and leash off. Holly does great with other dogs and cats. She loves to sit on her foster mom’s lap to cuddle and lick. Holly is a very sweet girl who is waiting for a home to call her own. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Holly is patiently waiting! ❤️⁣
