Meet Hayo! Hoya was rescued during a cold winter day when he was found wandering, it was very apparent he had been dumped as no one stepped up to claim him after the rescuer tried to search for owner. Hayo was not in the best condition when found, he was very skinny and had skin infection due to long term neglect. Rescuers were able to get him off the streets and to the vet for a wellness check. It was discovered that Hayo is becoming blind from PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy). Now 50% blind, but very well used to the new place. Hayo is gentle and calm indoor, active and playful outdoor. He is best as only dog because he loves attention and can get jealous of other dogs however does play well with other dogs after intro. Hayo is good with cats! We are looking for a savvy home that is willing to give this special boy a forever home. We know it’ll take a special family for him but we feel he has so much potential and so much love to give! Hayo is patiently waiting!
