Meet Frank! Frank was found along with littermates when their stray mom gave birth to them in a park, sadly the momma lived without without access to food, water, or shelter but did her best to keep her pups fed. The rescuers knew that if they didn’t rescue them the puppies would not be able to survive. Thankfully they were able to get Frank and siblings off the streets and into foster care where they were able to get fully vetted and begin socialization. Frank is a sweet pup who would love nothing more then to find a forever home. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Frank is patiently waiting!
