Meet Duvel! Duvel is a happy and curious Corgi mix who loves affection. He is a bit of a velcro dog and would thrive in a home that offers him attention and enrichment. Don’t let his size fool you, he is very athletic and energetic. You can play fetch with him for hours! He is fostered with a mellow husky and has been mostly respectful. He loves attention so much that he would physically come in between you and anyone else you’re loving to remind you to love him too.

Duvel exhibits common Corgi behaviors like barking when excited or when strangers are lurking outside your home, but otherwise stays very quiet. Duvel is still learning English commands, but understands many Korean commands, so he’ll be a trickster dog in no time.

Duvel doesn’t love the crate, but is willing to go in for short periods of time. In his foster home, he is crated whenever no one is at home and through the night. Duvel rides very well in cars and loves going to new places. He isn’t a puller and walks very well on-leash. He meets other dogs very respectfully outside and inside the home, but a little shy to human strangers trying to pet him. He is also very good in crowded and loud environments and adapts to different situations like a pro! You can practically bring him anywhere because he’s happy as long as he’s with you.

We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Duvel is patiently waiting!
