Meet Daisy! Daisy is an adorable 2 year old Jindo/Retriever mix. In the summer of June 2021, a group of Jindos were found in a vinyl greenhouse in the middle of a field in Goyang-si, South Korea by independent rescuers. There were about 20 dogs tangled together there in poor conditions and piles of junk and tools around. Some of the dogs were deceased already when rescuers found them. The rescuers gathered a group of volunteers who visited the dogs everyday to provide food and water. They took the dogs to the vet to take care of their health. It has been 6 months since they were rescued and the greenhouse will be demolished soon.

Daisy is a sweet girl but because of her lack of socialization and negative human interactions, she needs time to open her heart to someone. Once she trusts someone, she will come to you and stay around you all the time. Daisy is good with other dogs and children. She hasn’t shown much interests in cats.

The ideal family for her would be a home who can take her out on daily walks and socialize her with other dogs and people. Daisy just recently found out there’s a whole world outside of the greenhouse and loves her daily walks! She is a very calm and lovely dog. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Daisy is patiently waiting!
