Meet Charlotte! Charlotte was rescued from the euthanasia list just in time, luckily rescuers were able to secure a foster space. Charlotte is a sweet and loving girl who would love nothing more than to find her forever home. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog.
