He doesn’t know anything outside of his little rusted crate. Regardless of a rough past, Charlie is very friendly! He loves people and loves to get all the attention! This attention hog is always happy and likes to give kisses. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Charlie is patiently waiting!
