Meet Buddy! Buddy along with littermates were born to a mother dog who had been abandoned in the mountains and left to guard a field. Thankfully rescuers were able to get them all off the streets and to the vet for a full check up. Buddy could do well either as a second dog in a home with another dog or as the only dog in the household. With patience and time, he has every chance to grow into a wonderful companion. Rather than rushing him, he will do best with a family who can give him space, gently watch over him, and build trust at his own pace. He would thrive in a home with a kind and understanding family that can help him feel safe and secure. Buddy is patiently waiting for a home to call his own!
