Meet Brie! Brie is a happy, sociable French Bulldog. She currently 2-3 years old and weighs about 20lb. She adapts very well with her new life out of puppy mill. She is house trained, crate trained and doing great on leash. She knows going back inside her crate she gets a treat reward. She is relatively low energy and does not require too much exercise. She is a great companion dog. She is great with everyone she meets, young and old. She is good with other dogs, but she sometimes forgets about personal space. She can be easily redirected and distracted. Her foster brother doesn’t play with her, but they will nap together. She will play with toys. She is not cat tested. She rarely barks and is fairly quiet. She enjoys her daily walks around the neighborhood and doing her rounds to meet neighbors, getting pets and praises for being cute. Her favorite things are food and sunbathing. When she is excited, she will spin around and jump.
Because she is purebred, she does have common skin allergies. She suffered a bad allergy and hair loss, but has been making amazing recovery. Her hair on the belly is not fully grown back yet. But this can be easily managed by continuing feeding higher quality food and medical wipes/mousse application. Potential adopters should understand common health problems of this breed. Brie will bring lots of love and joy to her forever family. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Brie is patiently waiting!
