Boo Boo

Meet Boo Boo! One of our LSC volunteers happened to be getting into her car at a dog-park, and saw a man taking Boo Boo and his little family out of a trash can in the back of a van. He let them loose into the parking lot! Our volunteer and several bystanders chased and collected these little dogs, and the man put them back into the trash can and drove away. We found out that he took them from there to the shelter, where they weren’t doing well at all. They were shut down and trembling in fear. We immediately went and got them, found loving foster homes, and now Boo Boo and his family are thriving and happy!
A small dog with a big heart, Boo might be shy at first but will give you all his attention and love once he gets to know you. Whatever happened to him off the streets made him highly alert to his surroundings. However, he still trusts and loves humans.
Boo has a very gentle and sweet nature and enjoys following you places or just being in the same room with you.
Although small in size, Boo would require a yard or someone who can walk him every day. As a terrier, he has that instinct and burst of energy to run. But he will come back to your side once he finishes it.
Boo is intelligent and learns quickly. However, don’t try to trick him, the same trick doesn’t work on him twice.
We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning a dog as a member of their family. Boo Boo is patiently waiting for a home to call his own!
