Meet Billy! Billy is an adorable 3 year old French Bulldog. He was part of our big puppy mill rescue case. Billy lived his whole life in a cage and was used for breeding. Poor guy doesn’t know what human affection or life outside his cage is like. He is a very sweet and spunky guy! Billy runs up to everyone he meets to greet them and give them a nice big slobbery lick. Billy needs a savvy handler that knows the breed and can continue to show him what it means to be in a home, he will need a home with a yard for housebreak and best with a home that will not leave him for extended periods. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Billy is patiently waiting!
