Meet Bear! Bear had an owner but the family kept Bear tied outside on a 1m leash even though they had a small dog in their house. They never walked him or gave him a dog house. Bear had to endure 3 years in pretty much isolation. A rescuer tried to do what she could to regularly persuade them to make a proper house for him. Sadly they refused it and they wanted the rescuer to take Bear away. Thankfully the rescuer was able to find a foster home for him! Surprisingly, Bear showed excellent social skills. It seems that he had craved affection from people for a very long time! We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog. Bear is patiently waiting for a home to call his own!
