Meet Bangwool! Bangwool is an adorable 7-8 year old standard Poodle. He worked at the department of companion animals at the University as a helper dog. Because of this, he got vocal cord surgery and the students practiced on the Bangwool to practice grooming for pets. Since he is older now, he is now in rescue and looking for a permanant home to call his own!
Bangwool is house trained, leash trained and crate trained. He is super friendly to everyone he meets! Bangwool is superb at getting his nails trimmed, brushing, fur drying, and getting bathed. He has good recall, but we do not recommend his new home to have him off leashed in areas that are not fenced in.
The ideal home for Bangwool will be a home with another gentle and calm dog or if he is the only dog at home. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Bangwool is patiently waiting!
