Meet Anila! Anila is an adorable 4 year old Dalmatian. She is around 50lbs and is full grown. Anila has a very said past where her previous owner kept her outside on a chain to a tree. They did not leave any water or food for her and she was kept there rain or shine. This poor girl was very neglected and never received any type of love in her 4 years. Luckily rescuers got to her and were able to take her in.
Anila is a sweet girl who is learning how to live inside a home. She is loving all the attention she’s been receiving and is adjusting very well! She is good with people and children. Anila is good with other dogs but does have resource guarding around food. She’s good with people around her food, but feels a need to protect her food from other dogs, likely a survival instinct she picked up because she didn’t have much food growing up. She is working on potty training and is almost completely housebroken!
We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Anila is patiently waiting!
