Meet Amelia! Amelia was rescued when she was found neglected at a private shelter. When rescuers saw her she was tied up with no access to food or water, she was severely emaciated. Fortunately the rescuer was able to secure a foster and get Amelia to the vet for a check up. Amelia has since gotten a clean bill of health and ready to find her forever home. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog. Amelia is patiently waiting!
