Meet Alfie (aka Alcong)! Alfie is an adorable 8 months old Jindo/terrier mix. This sweet guy can be shy at first, but opens up quickly. We don’t know his past history, but he might have come from an neglectful situation which results in him being afraid of large objects and loud noises. He is also hand shy and will try to move or avoid being petted. Other than that he is very sweet and has the cutest puppy eyes that he knows how to use well to get treats! Alfie is very food motivated!
Alfie understands various commands like sit, lie down etc.. He doesn’t prefer to be crated but will go in if he has to. He is very playful and energetic with other dogs! He loves to run around and play! He’s great with dogs but will need to be fed separately. He has shown mild resource guarding with his food and other dogs. He doesn’t like getting his harness put on, but once on he walks well on leash.
We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Alfie is patiently waiting!
