Meet Yami! Yami was found wandering near Asan in South Korea and was reported for rescue. With no information on the owner, he received a full veterinary check and is now thriving in foster care. Since entering foster care, he’s blossomed into a gentle, affectionate, and well-mannered dog. He’s crate-trained, potty-trained (indoors and outdoors), and walks beautifully on leash—even sitting calmly at crosswalks. Yami gets along with dogs of all sizes, rides well in the car, and has no separation anxiety in familiar spaces. While he can be shy with loud sounds or unfamiliar tunnels, he’s resilient and eager to please. He doesn’t need a yard or another dog—just a calm, loving home that can give him structure, walks, and snuggles. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog. Yami is patiently waiting for a home to call his own!
