Meet Titan! Titan’s name might sound mighty, but deep down, he’s just a bouncy, curious little pup discovering the world for the first time — with a tail that never stops wagging and eyes full of wonder. He was rescued from a heartbreaking situation: the same location where another dog, Vicky, endured severe abuse just months before. Tied to a short leash, Titan was the next in a chain of suffering. The abuser had promised never to own a dog again — a promise quickly broken. Titan greeted rescuers with a joyful tail wag, completely unaware of the pain he’d narrowly escaped. We knew we had to get him out before his spirit was damaged.

Personality:
Titan is a playful, energetic, and endlessly curious puppy. He loves people, snacks, toys, and other animals. His soft, light-colored eyes are captivating, and his cheerful tail never stops spinning. He’s eager to explore new places and isn’t easily intimidated, especially when supported by someone he trusts. Titan is the kind of dog that finds joy in everything — a sunny patch of grass, a new toy, or simply being by your side.

People Skills:
Titan absolutely adores people. He follows all the volunteers around like a little shadow, soaking up every bit of attention and affection. After being tied up for who knows how long, the freedom to move and connect has made him extra affectionate and social. He enjoys grooming and doesn’t fuss over things like eye cleaning or brushing.

Dog-Friendly:
Titan is naturally social and wants to be everyone’s friend, but like many young pups, he’s still learning the finer points of doggy etiquette. He’s currently living with older dogs at the adoption center, who are helping teach him how to play nicely and respect boundaries. He’s a fast learner and always bounces back quickly from a correction.

Energy & Exercise:
For the past 4 months since the rescue, he has been growing fast, but he still is full of puppy energy! Daily playtime and at least two walks a day will help him burn off that energy. Titan thrives outdoors and would love a family that enjoys spending time in nature. He also needs plenty of opportunities to explore new sights, sounds, and experiences.

Training:
Titan is already showing great promise — he’s doing well with potty training and is eager to please. Next steps, he has been working on crate training and leash manners, which should come quickly with positive reinforcement. He’s food-motivated, loves praise, and picks things up fast.

Ideal Home:
Titan would thrive in a home that matches his curiosity and energy — ideally with access to outdoor space like a yard or nearby park for frequent walks and playtime. He’s young and adaptable, so he could fit into a multi-dog home, especially if there’s a calm, older dog to show him the ropes. Titan’s future family should be ready to guide him with patience and consistency as he grows into the brave, confident dog we know he’ll become.
