Meet Rich! Rich is an adorable 4 year old Bichon/Poodle mix. He was raised by an animal horder in Osan city, South Korea. Rich was confiscated from his owner and brought to Osan city shelter. Unfortunately the shelter was at capacity and Rich’s time was running out. Luckily his rescuer saw him and rescued him before his time ran out.

Rich is a two-faced boy who is playful in front of his foster family but calm in a new environment. When he was first rescued, when his fosters tried to approach him, he showed a little bit of defensive nipping. But he also showed interest in them and kept chasing them for attention. Rich quickly opened up to his foster family and has become the mascot of their hair salon! He is now a social guy looking for his forever home!

He does have a bit of separation anxiety and will howl and get very anxious when left alone. He is currently in training to work on this and has shown improvements. His future family will need to continue working with Rich on this.

The ideal home will be one who will not leave Rich alone for long period of time. Because he loves to play with other dogs, he would do best in a home with another confident and playful dog! We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Rich is patiently waiting!
