Meet Nara! Nara is an adorable 7-8 year old Border Collie mix. She was rescued from the euthanasia list at the shelter. Nara had zero adoption inquiries because she had a huge lump in her stomach, like a tumor. Luckily, the lump turned out to be hernia, and the hernia operation was successful. She is fully recovered now and waiting for a home to call her own!

Nara is very friendly to everyone she meets, humans and other dogs! She’s honestly the best dog! Cuddly, quiet, and smart! Nara doesn’t have much energy for her age, so she prefers a home with another senior/calm dog or being the single pet in the home. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Nara is patiently waiting!
