Molly
Meet Molly! Molly aka Money was first found abandoned in a grassy field near a tourist attraction. She was taken to an abandoned dog center that placed her on a euthanasia list. Someone came to adopt her, though the adopter quickly returned her as he had intended to employ her as a field keeper and complained that she didn’t bark. After she was returned, Money spent about five more months in the shelter and a foster home in Korea before embarking on her next adventure! Since arriving in her foster home in San Francisco, Money’s foster parents have seen her quickly acclimate. She loves snuggling up to people and giving them kisses, does great around humans of all ages, and greets other dogs with playfulness and respect. She is fostered in a home in San Francisco with an adult jindo and is doing great with him!
When she was in Korea, she was fostered in a home with other dogs, cats, and children with no issue. She also has no food or toy aggression, no separation anxiety, and no difficulty with crating. She is still getting used to walking on leash, but does not tug – mostly zig zagging out of curiosity. Some fun facts: we’ve noticed Money will sometimes pop up to sit on her two hind legs, looking a tad like a kangaroo. She has already learned sit and paw. She also seems to love looking at birds. Her Korean name was “Moni,” and we’ve temporarily renamed her to Money for ease of pronunciation and the ability to say “Money, come here! Money, stay!” We are so excited for Money to find the loving home and family that she deserves!
