Meet Lumi! Lumi is a sweet jindo mix girl who deserves to be loved. The rescuer knew about Lumi when Lumi was in the shelter but is ‘microchipped’. Lumi was taken to the shelter from a street from a rural area. As she was microchipped, it was informed to the Lumi’s previous owner but eben knowing that Lumi was going to be euthanized, the owner never came to get her. The rescuer was able to rescue Lumi right before it was her turn for euthanasia after spending around forty days in the shelter. When the rescuer went to the shelter to bring Lumi, Lumi kissed on the rescuer’s face even though it was the first time meeting.
Knowing that Lumi is healthy and was already spayed, it is assumed that she was well taken care by the previous owner for some period which is very sad. Lumi is skinny and tall girl but she LOVES to eat! Foster mom has been spoiling her hoping she would gain some weight. She has been eating everything given to her. She will take treats from strangers too. Lumi likes to play with fur friends! She hasn’t had any problem with fur friends she met. Lumi is good on car rides. She just seats and enjoys the ride. Lumi hasn’t pee or poop inside even at new environment Lumi likes people. She opened up to foster family quickly and have been giving kisses to them since day 2 at the foster.
Lumi hasn’t showed any aggression even at the vet. The vet was able to hold her and even give her hugs. We don’t know why her previous owner abandoned her. But we hope that Lumi forgets the bad days and find happiness with her forever family and forever home! Lumis is looking for a forever home where she will never have to worry about the streets again—just plenty of love, safety, and snuggles. Could Lumi be shine to your family?
