Meet Lincoln! Lincoln is a sweet and playful 7 month old Jindo mix. He has a gentle personality but can be very shy, especially with men. He’s shy at first meeting other dogs but soon becomes playful. He likes running around with other dogs at the dog park (he’s fast!) and has met dogs of all sizes while on walks through the neighborhood.

Lincoln is very intelligent and well behaved. He’s completely house trained. He’s picked up on commands and instructions quickly. He learned several English commands including ‘Sit’, ‘Down’, ‘Shake’, ‘Kennel’. He’s also very play motivated and likes to be rewarded for good behavior with one of his favorite toys rather than treats. His favorite toys are bird chirping toys and squeaky plush animals. He’s very happy to play for hours.

Once Lincoln has bonded with you he is very loyal and protective. He isn’t a cuddler but wants to be in the room with you and is very happy to curl up and relax by your feet.

The right family for Lincoln will be one with a lot of patience while he adjusts and comes out of his shell. A home where someone is at home a lot with time to take him on frequent walks, trips to the dog park, and play time. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Lincoln is patiently waiting!
