Meet Lacey! Lacey has been living in the junkyard where she was tied up to the tree for her life. The life of neglect puts her hunger for love and care. She loves to get petted and cuddled. She is very friendly to people that she even meets for the first time. No problem with both men and women. She gets along well with other dogs but is a little afraid of big size dogs and she guards her treats when the other dog tries to take her treats away. It’s just a warning telling them to step back though, not out of aggression.  She is a great eater who loves all kinds of foods. Separation anxiety is not noted. She hasn’t played with toys yet, which is not a surprise considering the life she had before rescue. She walks well on a leash and loves to go out to explore the neighborhood. He rides a car well without car sickness. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning a dog and will continue to show Lacey what it means to be in a home. Lacey is patiently waiting!
