Meet Haetsal! Haestal lived neglected for 3 years with a rescuer who would visited daily to give her food and water until they finally convinced the owner to surrender her. The rescuer was able to get her to the vet for a full check up and she has now since gotten a clean bill of health and ready to find her forever home! We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog. Haetsal is patiently waiting for a home to call her own!
