Meet Chobi! During the middle of summer of 2022, a mom dog and her 3 pups were found outside under the scorching sun with no shade, surviving by eating food waste and drinking rainwater. After receiving a request for help from a local resident, a rescue in Korea brought them to safety and have been taking care of them since. Mom dog has been adopted here in SF Bay Area back in 2023, one of the siblings Berry has been adopted within Korea in 2022/23, and Chobi and her sister Hwangbi are now looking for their home.

Chobi may take some time to become acquainted when first met with strangers and may become startled if someone tries to pet her suddenly or approaches her too quickly. However, she is very treat motivated and readily accepts treats, making it relatively easy to build trust with her through positive interactions. Once she becomes comfortable with someone, she turns into an affectionate sweetheart who approaches them for pets and attention.

Ideal home would be a loving home with someone who understands the lifetime commitment to raising her as a true member of the family and set her up to succeed for the rest of her lifetime. Chobi is patiently waiting!
