Meet Arthur! Arthur was rescued tied to a short chain to guard a field ever since he was a small puppy. Even though he was isolated to himself, Arthur loves to be around people and has always been so friendly and happy whenever people show him any attention. Rescuers knew that he needed to get rescue or he would live a lonely life. We are looking for a savvy home that will continue to show Arthur what it means to be in a family. Arthur can be very happy when seeing people so will need continued training but he has so much potential! Arthur is patiently waiting for a home to call his own!
