Helping death-row, abused, and neglected dogs find forever homes. We do not discriminate by breed, age or special needs. As long as we’re capable of helping out, we will never say no!
Meet Bobby! Bobby was rescued from a high kill shelter in March 2020. He was heartworm positive which required longterm treatment. The shelter refused to release him and made continuous recommendations to put him down. His rescuers had to turn to legal help to get him out of the shelter. He is brave and a survivor who has overcome so much in his life. Bobby is fully treated and vet cleared him from any health issues.
Bobby is good with dogs, prefers females or dogs smaller than him. He does not do well with other dominate dogs. He is great with people and loves attention! Bobby love to receive pets and has overall medium energy level. He gets very excited for his walks and is still working on leash training. He will pull out of excitement. With cats he will try to chase, so will need a home without cats.
We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of woning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Bobby is patiently waiting!
If you have extra time on your hand and would like to help please consider volunteering! Rescue groups need dedicated volunteers to help with events, fundraisers, home checks, transports, etc. All of these things help enable the rescue to expand their network and help more dogs in need.
