Meet Amina! Amina is an adorable 1 year old FMD/lab mix. She is a very sweet and affectionate girl. Amina was rescued as a stray and luckily was found and rescued. She is great with dogs, ok with cats, house trained and does well in the crate. Amina is a very smart girl and picks up on things easily. She’s very calm and low energy (her foster home has yet to hear her bark) and loves cuddling up on the couch and at the foot of the bed. Amina loves taking several walks a day and is great on her leash. She currently is working on her fear of elevators but once taken outside, she loves exploring the outdoors! But she has conquered her fear of stairs while in her foster home! Amina sometimes gets started by loud noises and sudden movements, so she’d do well in a family environment with older kids or empty nesters looking to give lots of affection and receive the same in return! We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of the family. Amina is patiently waiting!
