Meet Milk, a sweet and independent 4-year-old Bichon Frise! Milk was rescued from the puppy mill where she was used for breeding. She is a calm and quiet soul who loves keeping her personal space, usually staying about a foot away from her foster. While she’s not a fan of a lot of physical touch, she still enjoys being close to her foster mom and will greet her happily when she comes home.

Milk’s favorite treat is chicken, but she’s not very interested in food otherwise. She’s more of a sleeper, spending most of her day snoozing peacefully near her foster. Though she’s not big on toys like balls or squeaky things, she might enjoy having another dog around to play with. Her ideal home will be a home with another calm dog.

She’s a little nervous about car rides, though she’s okay when kenneled. Milk loves her daily walks, but baths? Not so much! Overall, she’s an easygoing and low-maintenance companion who would thrive in a calm and loving home. Milk is patiently waiting for her forever family, and she’d do best with someone who understands the joys and responsibilities of having a furry friend. Could that be you?
