Siwol

Meet Siwol! Siwol is an adorable 1-year old Jindo mix. She was rescued just before euthanasia last October at a city shelter in Yangju, South Korea. At the time of the rescue, Siwol was suffering from pneumonia and was too thin, weighing only 22 pounds. Fortunately, after rescue, she was able to eat well and get well treated, gain weight and recover her health. Siwol rarely barks and likes everyone, including children, and especially acts cute to ask people to touch her. She is also potty-pad trained and very smart enough to be able to understand commands such as sit down and hand.
Siwol would be fine with other dogs but would be happiest being the only dog and getting all the attention. The ideal home for Siwol, who is still one year old and full of energy, has a yard so that she can play as much as she wants. Also, it would be perfect if there are children or active adults who can spend lots of time playing with her. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Siwol is patiently waiting!
