Meet Samroo! Samroo is an adorable 7 months old Jindo mix. Samroo loves people and getting attention but he’s also really mellow and naps throughout the day if you’re working at home. He’s not bothered by loud noises and he doesn’t get scared or anxious much (except for separation anxiety) even outside in the busy streets so he would do just fine in an urban area but he needs a little bit of leash training as he loves to sniff, eat random things, and chase after birds.
Samroo is food motivated but also a little stubborn and won’t take to treats as much when he’s outside. He has high isolation distress when left completely alone; he’ll whine, chew and scratch so he needs someone to be with him at all times (or he needs training). He has no interest in other dogs and gets defensive when they come close so he would do best in a home without other animals. He’s not very comfortable in a car, but with more work on this he can get use to it over time.
We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Samroo is patiently waiting!
