Meet Lucky! Lucky is an adorable 1-2 year ols Jindo/Shiba Inu mix. Lucky was rescued off the euthanasia list from the shelter on the day he was scheduled to be euthanized. He is a gentle and human-loving dog, so the shelter staff felt sorry for Lucky and reached out to rescuers to help him.

Lucky has a calm personality. At first, he can be shy, but after a while, he opens up and shows his affectionate side. He is friendly with other dogs and around children he is calm and well behaved. He had one encounter with a cat and did not seem to enjoy it much, so he will not be suitable for a home with cats.

We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Lucky is patiently waiting!
