Meet Michelle! Michelle is an adorable 2 year old Shar Pei. This sweet girl was found tied to a pole on the side of the street with an umbrella above her. She sat there quietly until rescuers found her and took her in.

Michelle really loves people and is a cuddle bug. She is a people dog and loves everyone she meets! Michelle also likes to play with toys. She is good with other dogs and loves to initiate play. She is currently 85% potty pad trained, but with more consistency we are sure she will learn potty training fast.

Due to basic traits of Shar-pei breeds, she needs to clean her ears on a regular basis and also needs to be put eye drops. Michelle doesn’t like getting these done, so her foster gives her a longer chew treat before putting on the eye drops or cleaning her ears so she is preoccupied.

Michelle is a total sweetheart! We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Michelle is patiently waiting!
