Meet Jack! ? Jack is an adorable 2 year old terrier mix. He is a friendly little fellow who loves being petted, belly scratches and ear scratches! Jack can be a but shy at first, especially around men, but learns to open up quickly. Jack loves snuggling up with his foster parents, or sitting next to them while watching TV or otherwise relaxing. When Jack was picked up and taken to the shelter, he had a fractured forelimb. The veterinarian was able to repair the leg. Because of this, he is sensitive around his back hip area. Jack doesn’t mind being brushed on his neck and back, but if the brush gets near the hip, he will growl to show discomfort. He does love going for a walk, and is increasing his distance every time. Jack does not pull or jerk the leash. He will be very happy to see you when you get home from work. He will wag his tail and follow you like your shadow. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Jack is patiently waiting!
