Meet Bobi! Bobi is an adorable 2 year old FMD mix. She is the sweetest dog! She is very loving and affectionate. Bobi wants to be right by her foster mom’s side all the time. Due to her past, she can be shy with strangers but warms up quickly. She is good with children and other dogs.
Bobi has tons of energy! She gets excited to go for walks and is great on a leash. She doesn’t pull and likes to stop along the way to smell all the fun smells! She enjoys the dog park but can be shy with other dogs. She gets along better with gentle dogs like her. If a rambunctious dog tries to play with her, she gets nervous and runs to her foster mom for protection. Bobi loves running around the park and is very fast! She might be a good running partner for her future home. Since she moves quickly at times, a home with carpet would be best. Hardwood floors are tough for her, she slides out and crashes into walls and furniture.
Bobi is potty trained and knows how to sit. She is working on down, wait and off. She is very smart and curious. Her crate training is a work in progress still. She does well in the car and hops in without a problem.
She loves her stuffed toys and likes to walk around the house carrying one in her mouth. Her passion in life is to destroy them and pull all the stuffing out. She likes playing tug of war with her foster brother and shares her toys with him. She has shown no signs of resource guarding her toys, food or dog beds with her foster brother or foster mom.
We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Bobi is patiently waiting!
