Meet Maggie! Maggie is an adorable 6 months old Formosan Mountain dog mix. Maggie was found as a stray with her litter mates at a very young age. It was hard for them to find a safe shelter or food during the hot and humid weather, so they just hid in a large field. Luckily rescuers found them and were able to bring them in. They have since received a clean bill of health. Maggie is a very sweet girl who can be a bit shy when meeting strangers. But her personality blossoms over time. She loves to play with other dogs though! Maggie is good with dogs, cats and children. Maggie is still learning how to walk on leash, but with consistency she will easily pick it up. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy as a member of their family. Maggie is patiently waiting!
