The poor puppies were starving and scavenging for food amongst a pack of strays. Thankfully a rescuer was able to get them all off the streets and into foster care. Marcus is a sweet puppy who would love to find his forever home. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy! Marcus is patiently waiting!
