Meet Andre! Andre was rescued with his brother when they were found abandoned on the streets with no food or water. Thankfully a rescuer was able to spot them and get them both off the streets and to the vet for a full check up. Andre is a very sweet and loving boy who enjoys being around people and other dogs. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Andre is patiently waiting!
