UPDATE: Bert has found his loving forever home!
“Hi Melody! Watson, formerly Bert, has adjusted better than I could of ever hoped for. He loves to play, walk, visit his new dog friends, and sleep through the night. He had a few potty accidents Inside, but today he waited to go until I got home from work, which is pretty impressive! He is very patient with my 2 cats, and I am sure they will soon be the best of friends. He is such a good natured, and I already love him to pieces.”

Brief Bio: Meet Bert! Bert was rescued when one of our rescue partners saw him on the side of the street severely injured after being hit by a car and left to die. Luckily for Bert she was able to rush him to the vet where he was able to make a full recovery. Unfortunately Bert’s paw had to be amputated due to the severity of the damage but regardless he is a very happy boy. We are looking for a home that will continue to give Bert lots of love and will show him what it means to be in a family. Bert is patiently waiting!
