UPDATE: We’re very happy to share that Jolie has found her loving forever home!
Good afternoon ladies! Thank you for your follow-up Nancy. I planned on writing back at some time today as we have had her a week now. Jolie is actually doing much, much better. She has not had any episodes since last Saturday. We think perhaps she was just overwhelmed and was getting used to being with us that day. That being said, we would love to keep Jolie in our family and train her to be the best dog she can be. A friend of mine that is an animal behavior specialist came over last night and said that Jolie seems completely fine and is probably just apprehensive because of the things she has gone through in her life thus far. Also, many puppies are just shy and weary of all sorts of thing. Once she understands she is staying with us forever, she should settle in. She is also madly in love with Remy which is adorable. When Remy and Jolie wake up in the morning Jolie follows Remy around for at least 10 minutes just licking her face. Remy doesn’t necessarily love it but she just sits there and takes it because she likes Jolie so much.
Jolie is also not scared of Spencer any more and she loves that he lets her lick his face all she wants. Attached are a few pictures of Remy and Jolie (we renamed her Joon).

Brief Bio: Meet Jolie! Jolie was rescued along with her mom and siblings when they were found in an abandoned warehouse amongst a bunch of scrapes and garbage. Thankfully for the little family a rescuer spotted them and was able to take all of them including mom to the vet for a full check up. Jolie is a sweet girl that is great with dogs, cats and kids. She is a easy going puppy who is looking for a loving home. We hope to find this beautiful girl a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Jolie is patiently waiting!
