Meet River! River was found near a riverside in Taebaek, Gangwon Province, South Korea. He was taken into temporary foster care in July and has been adjusting wonderfully to indoor life ever since. River is a sweet and affectionate boy who is now three years old. Since entering foster care in July, after being found in Taebaek, he has settled into his new life remarkably well without any major incidents. Having previously lived with the freedom to move between homes and streets, River has picked up some habits along the way. For example, he sometimes rushes forward without looking back, especially when he is excited. However, he is an intelligent boy who learns quickly, and we truly believe he will continue to grow and adapt beautifully with a loving family who can guide him patiently.
We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog. River would thrive in a home that will continue with training and socialization. River is patiently waiting for a home to call his own!
