Meet Candy! Candy is an amazingly smart, affectionate and resilient. Before her rescue, Candy lived a harsh life, left neglected outside a shipping container office right next to a busy road, in a neighborhood that grew pitch-black at night. Living out there all alone, she gave birth to one puppy and raised until her daughter turned one, which was when they were finally rescued together in summer of 2026.

Candy is a natural pro in the car. She jumps right in. She lies down quietly in the backseat and stays completly calm. Candy enjoys her meals, often dividing her food into two portions. she loves port, chicken and treats. wih no know allergies. Living up to her name, she is as sweet as candy. The moment ou make eye contact, her tail wags and she rushes over to give kisses. Candy is okay to be home alone as long as she has enough open space to roam around. She dislikes small, confined spaces.

Candy is incredibly clean and has never had a single accident in the foster home. She happily follows a routine of three walks a day( Morning, evening and a quick late night walk) Candy get excited and pull on the leash when she sees stray cats. But she is highly intelligent and responds to training. Candy is a true social butterfly who loves all humans and dogs. At dog cafes or parks, she plays beautifully with friends. If another dog gets too rough, Candy gently walks away rather than fighting back.
