Perry
Meet Perry! Perry was rescued after he was kept tied up at a campsite by his former owner. Because he was frequently left unattended, he often escaped and repeatedly ended up at a shelter where euthanasia was a possibility. Eventually, his owner stopped looking for him and officially surrendered him. When rescued, Perry was severely underweight and tested positive for heartworm disease. He is currently receiving treatment and recovering well. Perry is a sweet, affectionate Corgi who loves people and enjoys being close to his family. He gets along well with children and other dogs, enjoys walks, and has a moderate energy level. Perry would thrive in a loving home where he can receive plenty of companionship, attention, and daily exercise. Perry is looking for a family that will give him the stability and security he has always deserved. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog. Perry would thrive in a home that would not leave him alone for extended period of time. Perry is patiently waiting!
